My first book, titled "Food & Nutrition For Life" is finally here!

You might be wondering the overall purpose of the book? Well, the answer is fairly simple. My goal is to use my experience as a vehicle to communicate the importance of eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The book is for everyone who wants to lead a healthier lifestyle and loves delicious healthy food.

The book is filled with information on nutritious and healthy recipes. Its written in easy terms and it can by understood by anybody with out cooking skills. Each recipe is balanced with protein, carbohydrates and low-fat. It also contains easy to find nutritional information on calories, carbohydrates, proteins and fat. All recipes were thoroughly tested and critiqued by a panel with discriminating taste and given a seal of "thumbs-up" approval. Overall I am excited about this project and I cannot wait to see you enjoy it.
